What
size tent do I need?
The tent size depends on the amount of people and type of event. Also,
dance floors and serving areas affect tent capacity.
These are the figures
we use to determine what would be appropriate:
Stand-up Cocktail:
5-6 sq. ft. per person
Stand-up Buffet: 7-8 sq. ft. per person
Sit Down Dinner at 60" Round Tables: 10 sq. ft. per person (10 per
table)
Auditorium Seating: 5 sq. ft. per person
What size dance floor do I need?
The dance floor size also depends on the amount of people and the type
of dancing, normally 2-4 sq. ft. per person will do.
Are the tents white?
All of our tents are white, with the exception of one of our 20 x 40 Rope
& Pole Tents that is featured on our homepage.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery fees may apply depending upon the distance from our location
in Sayville, NY.
What does
the price include?
When we give
you a tent price it includes set up and removal.
Are there
any additional fees?
Certain installations are more labor intensive. This will be taken into
consideration and included in your price quote.
What
is the difference between a traditional pole tent and a frame tent?
A pole tent has ropes and stakes around the perimeter and center
poles in the middle. Pole tents have to be installed on level unobstructed
grass areas. Frame tents are free standing tents made of metal. Frame
tents can be installed on any surface and they do not have center poles
in the middle.
How do
I go about reserving a tent?
Call our office to schedule an onsite estimate. Once an
agreed upon price has been established, a contract is prepared to guarantee
your price and reserve your tent.
What if I don't know what I need?
Call us! We will be more than happy to come to your location,
measure your yard, and help you determine exactly what you will need for
your event.
Do I
have to leave a deposit?
A $100 deposit is required upon the signing of the contract. Some larger
packages will require a larger deposit.
